The Underpainting:
Travelling has long been a source of inspiration for artists. The opportunity to see new things never fails to inspire us to create new things. Iceland, with its voluptuous geography sculpted by a millennia of volcanic eruptions, was particularly influential for me. Everything from the food to the artic air was a new experience. Below are the highlights of my trip from March 2024. Triggering all 5 of the human senses, I invite you to experience these memories with me.
